This one is exploring the basic form of 2nd remedy with the longsword performed at close distance. There's a lot more to second remedy than that but it's good to set out the basic forms first.
27NOV05 - Links page finally online. :)
24NOV05 - Things are progressing along quite nicely. We're looking at starting training early in the new year. Register in the forums now to stay informed.
08NOV05 - Due to 'yours truly' being a lot better with a longsword than a html (I hope...), this web page is still under construction. You may, however, be glad to hear that the forums and the about us page are up and running.
If you've ever had the inkling to look beyond the Hollywood myths, to experience the true historical reality of European Martial Traditions, or even if you're looking for a new way to keep fit while learning the principles of self defence, then drop by and say hi. We're always welcoming to both new and experienced enthusiusts alike.
A word of warning though, learning European Martial Arts, especially learning the correct and safe use of swords, can get addictive. It may even change your life. It changed mine ...
Hmmm ... Maybe that should have been in small print. ;)
